• 2005 In Review, Heating Induction Services, Inc. launched our New Drum Billet Loader. This Drum Loader cycles back and forth to dispense billets onto any type in-feed system. This mechanism is set to replace traditional finger lift systems by improving set-up times and reducing capital investment costs.

• 2005 In Review, Heating Induction Services, Inc. Teamed up with Prestige Furnaces and Engineering to Provide Induction Systems and Support to the South Africa and Europe. Providing our Ultra-Match II Dual Melting Power Supply.

• Spring 2006, a new line of touch screen controllers providing operators with Machine Operating Guides, Training Tips, What to Do Fault Analysis, and Training/Troubleshooting Video clips.

• Summer 2006, An advanced line of IGBT power supplies capable of delivering varying power to individual coils, for times when shut-down periods are critical and the need to get the system up to steady state quickly are required. Also included will be varying frequency to individual coils from the same power source.

• Fall 2006. Estimated launch Date of the HIS Auto-Scan I systems. Fully integrated single and dual spindle scanner systems with a “USER-FRIENDLY” teach cycle feature, and Training/Troubleshooting Video Clips for those ODD times when you just want to freshen up on the operation or How To, Something.
